Reformer Fundamentals Series

$32 per class From $25 per visit with Reformer Fundamentals Package (4) pass A credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.
This progressive 4 week series focuses on:

  • the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES
  • reformer exercises including modifications
  • full-body movement to develop strength, flexibility, balance and coordination
  • identifying better movement patterns in your own body to keep your joints and tissue healthy
  • adjusting the Pilates reformer and set-up the machine for your body
  • modifications, personal reminders and cues to help you get the most out of your workout

  • The pace of these classes allow participants to learn safe and effective techniques to carry forward into other group classes.
