MELT & ROLL

MELT and ROLL is a unique mindful movement class that will relax and restore your entire body while cultivating a greater sense of body awareness. Its a synergistic fusion of Pilates principles and fascial fitness concepts. Utilizing various foam rollers and mini stability balls, along with the integration of MELT Method Hand/Foot treatments, this class will activate and strengthen your core; stimulate and rehydrate your fascial system; stretch and control release tired muscles; and improve your posture for a more resilient body. Pilates and/or MELT experience helpful but not required.
