Reformer Fundamentals Package (4)

Want to learn more about Pilates and how you can benefit from this amazing modality?? Join us at 9:30am on Saturdays for a 55 minute session on the various Pilates apparatus.

You will learn how apply the STOTT PILATES Five Basic Principles to select Essential Reformer/Tower and Mat-based exercises. We will cover movement essence, exercise goals and how to use the apparatus to develop core stability, peripheral strength and neuromuscular control.

Starting September 5, 2020. Cost is $99 for full series.
